Becca Ordonez brings 15 years of Client Service, Marketing and Administrative Support to her role as Executive Assistant at Victoria Cruz Real Estate. Raised in Maryland, Becca moved out to Los Angeles in 2006 and worked in Client Service for a Recording Studio, Levels Audio, for 10 years. There she built her Client Service skills and became interested in Real Estate after purchasing her own home. She has worked for Keller Williams and The Luxury Level, a Real Estate Marketing Company, where she specialized in Sales and Client Management. She is thrilled to join and grow with the dynamic team of Victoria Cruz Real Estate.
Cat Richmond
Cat is a savvy, experienced and highly-skilled professional with a passion in marketing and sales. Cat has a diverse background in the luxury travel industry, and an impressive track record of delivering outstanding results. She is passionate about living life to the fullest, exploring new horizons and inspiring others to do the same. In many positions she oversaw PR and marketing for these companies with great success. She brings her expertise to Victoria Cruz Homes & Real Estate where she heads up all Social Media promotion and Email marketing.
Zach Pomer
Zach Pomer launched his real estate career while a college sophomore, and soon became the personal assistant to the top-producing agent in the office. After just a few months, he was distinguished by his remarkable creative skills and was promoted to the position of Equity Union Real Estate Marketing Director. In that role, Zach is responsible for the management of all marketing and communication efforts for the entire brokerage and all of its agents. He directs strategic business development efforts, media relations, social media, print advertising, and website development for the company. He is dedicated to creating unique and personal real estate solutions for the Victoria Cruz Homes brand.
Anna Barkhoudarian
Anna Barkhoudarian is the transaction coordinator for Victoria Cruz Homes and functions as a liaison between all parties, including clients, escrow companies, lenders during the process of a real estate sale. She regularly updates & maintains communication with her client’s agents/title officer to ensure that any outstanding or necessary documents are submitted to the office broker for file compliance and in order to close on their property by deadline. Anna effectively manages the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale and her keen attention to detail helps ensure that all documents are filled out correctly and submitted to corresponding parties in each transaction.
